MedicareCompleteChoice plans - These plans are Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans. You have access to the network of local hospitals and doctors, but you are still allowed to use hospitals and doctors outside the network. This is usually at a higher cost.
SecureHorizons MedicareDirect plans - These plans are Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS) plans that allow you to use any Medicare-approved provider who agrees to the payment terms and you do not need to be referred by a specialist.
